Why Entanglia?

The Challenges We Face Are Entangled

Climate change, biodiversity loss, poverty, polarisation, racism, and gender inequality are deeply interconnected.

They emerge from complex relationships between social, economic, cultural, and ecological systems, and often reinforce one another.

Understanding these challenges requires looking at the historical patterns, power structures, and dominant narratives that shape them.

Rather than searching for single causes or quick fixes, we seek to understand the relationships and underlying assumptions that sustain these crises.

Nothing exists in isolation. Everything is interconnected.

The Project

Entanglia is a space for collective exploration, critical questions, experimentation, co-creation, and bringing people together.

Through collective and transdisciplinary learning/un-learning, we explore new ways of relating to one another and the living world,.

Our Approach

Our Approach to Collective Transformation

Ecology of knowledges

Bringing scientific perspectives, Indigenous knowledge, and lived experiences into dialogue to explore how people, society, and the living world are interconnected.

We welcome diverse disciplines, perspectives, and ways of experiencing the world.

Connecting Western and Local knowledges.

We have access to growing amounts of information, technology, and potential solutions, yet putting them into practice also requires changes in how we think, perceive, and relate to the world.

Addressing socio-ecological challenges calls not only for new ideas and technologies, but also for a deeper awareness of our mental models that shape our choices and actions.

Inner and Outer Transformation

Theory U & Awareness-Based Practices

Working with symbols, materials, and different forms of expression, we create spaces for individual and collective processes that help us engage with experiences, challenge dominant narratives, and imagine alternative ways of living and relating.

Art & Creativity

Wild Imagination

Immersive Experiences in Nature

Through immersive experiences in nature, we explore ecosystems, their biodiversity, and the cultural relationships people have with them.

By observing and experiencing these places firsthand, we nurture a sense of connection and belonging to the landscape and the more-than-human world.

Reconnecting with the Living World.

From Exploration to Possibility

Offerings and Services

Participatory spaces for dialogue, experimentation, and collective exploration around specific questions and challenges.

Workshops

Long-term learning programs (six months or more) focused on specific themes, combining theory, practice, and shared inquiry.

Learning Journeys

Immersive Experiences in Nature

Field experiences that connect people with landscapes, ecosystems, and the knowledge rooted in them.

Supporting research projects through systems thinking and participatory approaches to explore complex challenges, connect diverse perspectives, and generate insights for transformation.

About the Founder & Lab Designer

I’m a creative, transdisciplinary practitioner and environmental engineer interested in systems thinking, socio-ecological transformation, and what makes change possible. I design and facilitate participatory processes that bring science, local knowledge, creativity, and diverse perspectives together to explore complex challenges.

My curiosity has led me to work and learn alongside international organisations, public institutions, universities, and local communities across Latin America, Europe, and Kenya.

Where Could We Begin?

Every meaningful change starts somewhere: a question, a conversation, a shared curiosity. Whether you have an idea, a challenge to explore, or a project taking shape, we’d love to hear from you.
